Saltwater Loyalty Reward Card Terms and Conditions

  1. The Saltwater Loyalty Rewards card is issued by and remains the property of Saltwater Properties Pty Ltd, ABN 28 006 674 728 (Saltwater).
  2. Application for, and/or use of your Saltwater Rewards card, is deemed acceptance of the Saltwater Loyalty Rewards Terms and Conditions.

  4. Sign-up is open to all Australian residents and visitors who are 18 years and older.
  5. New members must sign-up in person at a participating food and beverage venue
    1. All mandatory details(listed below) must be provided
      1. First and Last Name
      2. Address
      3. Date of Birth
      4. Email Address
      5. Mobile Phone Number
    2. Once submitted staff will activate and provide the new member with their Saltwater Loyalty Rewards card.
  6. The Saltwater Loyalty Rewards card can only be used at participating Saltwater Hotels and Resort Group Food and Beverage Venues only.

  7. There are no fees associated with signing up. Any incidental costs relating to Saltwater Loyalty Rewards are the sole responsibility of the cardholder including costs associated with providing replacement cards.
  8. Saltwater Loyalty Rewards cards are not transferrable or redeemable for cash. The member who signed up to receive the card is the only person entitled to use the card.
  9. Lost or stolen cards must be reported to management immediately, replacement cards will incur a $5.00 fee.
  10. By becoming a member of the Saltwater Loyalty Rewards loyalty program, the card recipient agrees and acknowledges they will be entered on Saltwater databases and will receive promotional material such as
    1. Exclusive member offers, promotions, events and invitations
    2. These will be sent out via email and/or SMS to the details provided at time of sign up.
    3. To redeem, members must present their Saltwater Loyalty Rewards card to staff at point of sale when ordering.
    4. It is the members responsibility to keep contact details associated with their Saltwater Loyalty Rewards card up to date. No responsibility will be taken for missed offers and/or promotions.
  11. Saltwater Loyalty Rewards may, at Saltwaters discretion, expire or be cancelled.
  12. Saltwater reserves the right to accept or reject any application for a Saltwater Loyalty Rewards card at its sole discretion.
  13. Saltwater reserves the right to, at its discretion, suspend or terminate a Saltwater Loyalty Rewards membership for reasons including, but not limited to, a breach of these Terms and Conditions, any engagement in or suspicion of fraudulent conduct or improper use of the card or if a member opts-out of all Saltwater communication. If a Saltwater Loyalty Rewards membership is terminated, the member will not be eligible to receive any discounts or other rewards thereafter.
  14. Saltwater reserves the right to suspend, vary, alter or amend all or any part of these Terms and Conditions, or terminate the Saltwater Loyalty Rewards program at any time.
  15. By applying for and/or using a Saltwater Loyalty Rewards card, each member agrees to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with Saltwater's privacy policy.
